It's more like he's going to go to a shed and jury rig himself something. I'm debating between the following three:

[hider=Flick Reaper]What appears to be an agricultural scythe on straight staff, with a few of wires attached to it. It's blade is double-edged and can be used as a powerful piercing weapon, hooked around opponent's limbs or guards, and then used to trip or slash them. However there is another way Donny could use this weapon: By pulling on the wires he could turn the Scythe blade upright and turn the Flick Reaper into a sort of glaive/spear, allowing him stabbing attacks and longer reach. It is too unwieldy to use one handed without considerable strength and dexterity, and requires both hands to switch between modes. Called the Flick Reaper cause Donny can change it's forms with a flick of his wrist.[/hider]

[hider=Scoop Shields]A couple of shovel heads hammered out, partially sharpened, and attached to armguards. made as a pair, Donny can use the Scoop Shields as small shields, handy if there's something nasty he doesn't want too close to him. However he can also make the shields slide out of the armguards and over his hands, turning into bladed gauntlets. Less stable for defense, but will allow Donny stab and slash with his fists. The shovel blades also allow Donny to scoop and throw things, like dirt or rocks, something akin to a those basket scoop things. [/hider]

[hider=The Claw]Made from a modified rake, The Claw functions like a Kumade; it can be used as a weapon that tears flesh and could be used to pry armor and plates if it can catch underneath. The Claw can be held with one hand, but it also has a loop on the hilt which allows it to be tied to Donny's Rope, turning it into a grappling hook weapon of sorts. In Donny's hand he could use it to latch onto enemies and dig into their flesh if there's no where for him to get a lasso around. There are also gaps between The Claw's individual blades which makes it handy for parrying weapons [/hider]

Donny would likely need to pay for a forge and extra bits for most of these, and if you'll let me I'll only chose one. But those are the weapons I am hoping to have Donny make soonish.
