[b]Appearance:[/b] Jules has the characteristic orange hair of the Beach family. She stands at 5’10” and has a commanding posture. Her eyes are a light grey, and her skin is pale. Though Jules has entered middle-age, she has kept up with her health and fitness and could still be described as beautiful. She also has a very athletic build.

[b]Occupation:[/b] Overseer

[b]Brief Bio:[/b] Jules had a normal Vault childhood. Her family was as normal as any other; her mother was a nurse, her father was a guard, and her older brother was just plain annoying. It wasn’t until her G.O.A.T. test that things became more interesting. All signs pointed towards an Overseer in the making, and so Jules began her grooming under the then current Overseer. This training created a void between Jules and her family as she learned things that could not be shared. 

At 30, Jules became the new Overseer after the old passed away in an epidemic that swept Vault 72. The very same sickness claimed the lives of her mother, father, brother, and sister-in-law within the span of a week, leaving Jules as the only relative left for her young niece, Zoe. From the chaos of the sudden sickness, Jules emerged as a profound leader. She quickly quelled the sweeping panic, quarantined the sick, and restored order to the vault. The quarantine was helpful in reducing the death toll, and within a month, a cure was found. The vaccine was added to the required list.

Unsure of how to raise a young child while maintaining her duties as the Overseer, Jules passed off most of the responsibilities to a governess. She still felt genuine love and affection for the girl, but often sorely missed the mark in expressing it. 

Currently, Jules finds herself with a vault full of peaceful residents.

[b]Personality:[/b] Jules tries to be as open and transparent as she can with the vault dwellers, but she also recognizes that she must remain secretive about some things. Growing up in this manner has made her less likely to share things about herself and more invested in listening to and dealing with the troubles of others. She is quick to help someone in need, or at least find the right person for the job. As the Overseer, she is very personable, conversational, and welcoming. Unless, of course, she is the angry Overseer, in which case she is cold and calculating. In either case, Jules is always confident and commanding.
