Personally I'd allow it, only for the fun of seeing Bumblebee pancake herself into the ground at such high speeds.

Defence 10 + Attack 7 + Speeding 5 + Impact 10 = 32 Damage, reduced by 10 Defence = 22 Damage = KO'd Jet Pack Speedfreak!

On the plus side, it'd definitely be worth an extra XP award. :hehe
