[@Digizel] Just have him fall out of the sky. Happens all the time. You could do lots of things with Botamon, like him just sorta, drifting there by happenstance, being in a tree above, or drifting over on a piece of bark in the nearby stream. Heck, he could enter in some impossible way, like out of a ground socket, or just end up in Hideki's backpack. DigiWorld's weird.
