So I assume the  USS [i]Tulsa[/i] is from an alternate timeline, right? Or did they actually use airships in the Battle of the Atlantic? I can't say I've heard anything about them, if so.

A good way to start would be British reconnaissance aircraft encountering a giant airship in the North Atlantic, and leading it to Glasgow.
