"A drink or two? On a school night? I guess it doesn't matter that much to you but I am on call 24/7. I do not have time to have a cup of fortified coffee or drink wine the whole day. I must decline your invitation on the grounds that I must be at my best, day or night. I am responsible for all of these students.
