Rapid Formatting- Any effect on Vex's is met with an almost instinaneous wipe of that portion of his memory. Vex becomes immune to any mind controlling/brainwashing effect.

Abilities 

I.R.I.S - (Intelligent Reaction Inertia System): While RETINA is active, Vex gain half of his natural defense added to his total on any attack made against him by the target of RETINA.
