I'd go as far as allowing either:[list][*]A permanent 10% decrease in a target's Attack or Defence, which would stack on use, or
[*]A temporary 25% decrease in Attack and Defence for two turns, or
[*]A temporary 25% decrease in Attack or Defence for four turns.[/list]
