[@NeutralNexus] If you wish, I could send my cast of "villains" your way (either at War-Pulse or the shipment for the Cowl).  I honestly think that the former would be more probable, since these "villains" would probably not know about the shipment, but after what happened to the television copter, they might want to get on the good-side of the general public (which would help my plans for them in the relatively near future).  However, I know of a way for them to get involved with the Cowl's illegal shipment buisness, too.  Just PM me if you want to do something.
