I'm beginning production of my next post. This next post will be splitting up the group into sky team and ground team and will be beginning the assault.

@NuttsnBolts My plan was to head down into the city and get the parts I need because truth is, the ship only has a few weeks left and waiting on the fight to end is too risky.

@Voltus_Ventus I... don't think that makes any sense, in my opinion.

Even if the ship only has about 3 weeks or so left in it, it should still means it can fly through the raid even if it takes damage - the whole battle can't last more than a day, at most. Plus, if you drop into the city yourself to scavenge parts, it offers no immediate solution as to how you're going to get back up and fix the airship in a timely matter as long as we're still fighting.

The point being, even if the airship is that close to coming apart, there's not much point in dropping down to get parts unless the airship goes out of its way just to pick you up - and this is during a major battle involving it, so that's unlikely to happen. So, considering you would likely have to wait for the airship to dock safely anyway before you can even get aboard again, it would be in fact much safer to just wait until we get though the fight so that we can then rest easy and take as much time as we would need to scavenge.

Of course, maybe you're suggesting the ship won't even last through the fight, which Renault most definitely should've known about before dropping out of the airship. I can't say for sure. I'm certain that the train of thought in your mind makes perfect sense, but of course I don't have your mind.

Yeah, don't let nikky worry about it. The captain wouldn't have made the raid foolishly.

Throwing this as a suggestion for if you want to join the fray, what about if the ship got hit and received some damage that cannot be repaired. The pic shows that it has 4 engines and a helium filled balloon. I wouldn't say it receives enough damage to make it useless, but if an engine or two were hit then the other two would have to work harder and possibly risk overheating. So Nikola may need to look for parts.

I'm still with you. There just doesn't seem to be any place for my character to interact as I am the only active non officer.

Can't tell how well designed my post is, and I didn't really advance the plot too much as I didn't know what every one was planning on doing, but I wanted a decent size post to try and keep things going for my character.

It's also late so I'll reread it in the morning to make sure it's worded and correct in it's grammar. :P

I shall post sometime today.
