hehe im taking a moment to respond to the ooc. My first FF game was FF12. I got my butt handed too me by that dark prison dungeon where the mimic consumed the light and zombies were all up your ass. I put down the game and didn't touch it for a year, like i had a fear for that dungeon. Then I played it again, and really enjoyed it through being brave. After that was FF10. I marathon-ed that game, which is to say it took me half a year to complete it. In that time I tried the Crystal Chronicles, Crystal Bearers and Echos of Time. Of those I only liked Crystal Bearers. However, each of those games lacked a seriousness I needed to really enjoy them. I downloaded FF7 from steam but with spoilers it was ruined for me. I tried ff13 for a brief window of time, hating the gameplay and having the plot spoiled again. I used town own FF 2 and 3 but I didn't play them, knowing their value. That's when i got a DS version of... uh.. 4? It was the one with the Dragoons and the guy turning into a paladin. Among these games, my favorite is ff10. Why? The music, To Zanarkand. I was moved by a videogame for the first time. I'm listening to it now actually. Oh that reminds me, I did play its sequel. IMO it shouldn't be a thing because I loved the cliff hanger more than the assurance. However, it was nice to see some questions answered and to see Yuna as a stronger person, in terms of character development. 12 didn't get me with music, but I appreciated the world and being able to go where I wanted if I put in the time. Oh and I did try Crisis. I put it down cause the ending was spoiled for me. ; - ; FF made a big impression on me, one I can't seem to replicated even if I tried. All my video games I like must have some wonderful piece of music inside or I don't learn to love playing it. On the other hand, the gameplay that irritated me most was ff10. I just need a skip scene button before I face Seemorebutts on that damn mountain omg. like i eventually said f it and threw money at that bastared, it works, I kid you not.
