He nodded to her response of him being a dragon slayer. He had the feeling after traveling for so long that Dragon Slaying magic was a rare form, not everyone had moms and dads that were dragons. His expression turned to interest when she lowered her fist, and when she challenged him to a duel, and that he could see if he was worthy to join the guild, his expression went back to a wild grin. He should have been intimidated. She was a wizard that had confidence that was a part of a guild! Guildmembers started to form to watch this fight, some making bets on the girl with pink eyes (who he heard with his advanced hearing that her name was Taka), and the new dragon slayer. Roger was now on the ground, looking up at Ray. "You got this!" Roger said with a smile. Ray looked down and nodded with a smile. "Thanks!" Roger ran off to join the small crowd.

Ray was a bit nervous to be fighting in such a nice place. He was sure there will be broken objects, but the crowd that was forming, and Taka in battle position made him feel more comfortable with this. The fire erupting from her arms promised a good fight. When told to do his worst, Raymond got in his stance, the wind blowing his sash around as he slammed his fist together, a heavy "thunk" appeared "You asked for it!". He charged at her, jumping up, fist out. "Diamond Slayer Iron Fist!!!" he screamed, his hand covered in a mist of pale blue smoke. It was the basic attack for dragon slayers, but it does its job beautifully. To normal bandits his Iron fist knocked them out cold, he was sure that this wouldn't do the same thing to Taka, and he hoped it didn't! He wanted to see how far this battle will last!
