There can be a variety of options here:
A) He bought it on his short visit there
B) Looted it off a dead person there
C) Killed someone for it, THEN looted it (B could be where that person is already dead)
D) Helped them out and got the mighty privilege of wearing it

I think it's funny that _NORDIC_ armor doesn't belong to the Nords, but technically to the Dunmer

Tbh, I'm either gonna go with B/C or D.
