Yes sorry I didn't gather wholly that there were only the official and sanctioned guilds under each colored king. But yes that was the general idea anyways :D

You have a duration cool down on the fiery sword cause of it's immanence poke potential Since all you need is to be within 30 feet and have line of sight, no amount of cover can really protect against it, only dodging. As for the portal thing I simply don't want you to gett too crazy with it, cause I certainly know I could go crazy with it...

I'm not sure what you're trying to tell me. Yes, I do have a cool down? Also it's telegraphed, it has a 4 second delay and makes a noise when it's used.

That's 4 seconds out of 60, and as telegraphable as it is, that's only going to be an issue if you're trying to do mage assassin. Get into a thick of combat, with the clashing of steel and explosions happening everywhere, and 4 seconds and a portal sound is just going to fall into the background. Of course there's no denying a flaming dagger in your back is going to leave a lasting memory. Also I was referring to your comment about how others have a 30 second cool down while it looks like most of yours have minute long ones. And while I did mention I wanted to see some cool downs, I didn't specify the actual length. I'd be fine if you want to shorten the length of your Fiery Sword cool down to thirty seconds, though the portal shall remain the same.

@deadpixel101 And yes I do. I was actually looking for that exact manga for this exact character, mostly cause I have a hard time finding pudgy guys in anime that aren't horrendously gonk or women.

No, let me be clear, I had the cooldown for the fiery sword there the entire time. Since I first made my CS. I never wanted it to be 30 seconds, I think that would be kind of silly for all the reasons you mentioned. I'm not sure where you got the idea that I wanted the fiery sword cooldown decreased, I'm fine with everything as-is, although I would prefer to reduce the cooldown on my portal, but I understand why you don't want me to. As far as the sword falling into the background, I mentioned that the sound is distinct, so they probably would be able to pick it out unless it's really loud.

My 13 year old only just got access to DGO and is level 1 whereas every other 13 year old is level 3 meaning we arnt really the same age at all ;)

Balanced gender ratios don't matter anyways~ But yeah...these level 3 13year olds...it's like they joined DGO right when there was a level-jump event. XD

If we could make multiple characters I would make a dude to level it out a bit.
