Hey in the second post there is a column that says "Reserved Powers" does that mean we can't choose anything in that category?

Also and I'm really not trying to sound condicenting but I know that's how it's going to come off but isn't have Tactile Telekinesis, Healing Factor, and Adoptive Muscle Memory kind of overkill?

Could I get an opinion, if I post a character should they have the ability to pass through matter or have eagle's wings?
