The spy part I'm a little iffy on, but the rest looks right where it needs to be. The only reason I'm iffy about him being a spy is that these guys are supposed to be just starting out their careers as heroes; being a spy would give him access to stats and training that would far outstrip the college student and accountant presently in play. 

Squid Fingers, though... good stuff. Draft me a character sheet and PM it to me, I'd like to see where this goes.
