Surprisingly good, all things considered: Assault rifles (no scope or extra equipment), body armor, helmet, a radio for the officers, RPGs, etc, etc. The main thing is that Noravan soldiers lack a lot is in terms of night vision equipment, modern AA weaponry as well as guided anti-tank missiles. The regular army is mechanized with tracked vehicles with off-road capabilities while reservists are moved by trucks or train. Ask if you need further information.
