Hmmm. That might be a Project Freelancer thing or a Yamada thing. First off Blood is a vampire, so Hive and Purge are out. He could be on his own, such as with Mithias, but since he took a lot of research and tech to build, he'd probably be associated with a organization.

OR! Or...   Or he could be a holdover from Soldier from 10 years ago, or from Akje's Foundation.
