A referendum is reasonable and could be managed. Their supporters would want a constitutional monarchy, not a new dictatorship but this time hereditary. Plus, if it was the monarchists that stabilized the country, they'd have the referendum in the bag. As for coalition, I fully intended for them to align with some of the other factions. For one because they are all united against Crimson.
