Tim Blackthorn
Tim woke up nice and early. At 5:00 am, to be specific. While no self-respecting normal teenager would wake up that early, especially one who lived so close to the school, Tim did because he had morning exercises to do. Jogging, stretches and flexibility stuff. He had an itinerary from his parents which had been modified by his sensei, but it was flexible enough to add in deep ground and school. Tim shrugged on his tracksuit, laced up his runners, grabbed his bottle and made his way outside the dorm. Outside was pleasantly cool, typical of a spring morning. "Nice morning for a run, if I've ever seen one." Tim said, stretching, before making off on his circuit. An hour later, his run was done. He'd just finished his stretches and had taken a shower. Next was a healthy breakfast of cereal, toast, fruit and juice. His parents had sent him some healthy stuff, and he often brought from the nearby grocery store. After breakfast was done, he packed his bags and made for school. It was only 7:00 am, but that was fine, because he had to do something very important...
"Darn it, I still don't get this." Tim said in his homeroom. Unfortunately, academics existed, and he had to do them. It's not that he was failing, but he was average. Average people still had trouble with it. Many students in Purple Crown shirk academic pursuits in favour of deep ground, as with deep ground it's somewhat easier to secure a living. Nevertheless, Tim wanted to go through life giving 100%. He vowed to himself to give his all to everything, ever since that day... Scrawling down some answers, Tim held up the page quizzically. "This'll have to do." Tim said, putting it back down with a worried expression. "Gotta move on to maths." Between DGO, his fitness stuff and his training, he didn't have that much time to study unless it was on weekends, and even then he worked his part time job on Sundays. That's why he did most of his homework in homeroom, because he didn't have that much time to spend on it. Yeah, he studied, but homework was different, sort of. Tim looked down at his work, unsatisfied. Nevertheless, he closed his books. "Well, that'll probably do." Tim sighed. "Class is starting soon anyway." The class was filling with people, his homeroom class. "Heya, Fred!" Tim called. "Wassup, Steve?" He chatted with his friends as they came in the class, before music suddenly started playing through the PA system. Pretty much everyone was pretty surprised, though Tim tried not to show it. The music was pretty good, though, but he wasn't exactly a musician or anything. "Woah, that's kinda weird." Tim said, a little taken aback. "But hey, it aint bad."
