Skills: Once went to a karate lesson but dropped out after one day when the teacher got sick of him biting people (this was also before his transition into his new body). Reginald also has extensive knowledge about genetics and radiation but come on, that's nothing compared to karate.

Powers and Abilities: For one Karuba has a ton of strength coming from his mixed anatomy and gamma radiation. A downside to the gamma radiation strength is that he requires regular doses of gamma radiation to keep him from dying from complete genetic revolt. He also has a whole other slew of powers from his anatomy such as being able to spray irradiated ink out of his octo-armpit although it only has long term possible side effect such as cancer but by golly does it hurt in the eyes. He has gills and an electric eel tail couple that with his octo-arm makes for quite a swimmer. He is also able to conduct electricity into anything that touches his skin including machinery. A small and obvious trait he also has is his sharp claws and teeth. Karuba, to top it off, also has parrot vocal cords so that he can form coherent words and talk to people.  He can also run fairly fast thanks to his cloned triceratops legs.

SHIELD HISTORY: Dr.Reginald Swarmington IV had a pretty average life growing up in the great white North (Canada) and the U.S of A until he began to work with SHIELD after graduating from Harvard with some of the highest marks the School has seen... At least that's what SHIELD thought originally. Turns out Reginald Swarmington IV had actually learnt all he knew of genetics and radiation from reading books and experimenting and mostly unwilling subject though no human experimentations were discovered. After SHIELD learnt of this they kicked him out of SHIELD and made sure to keep a close eye on him in the years to come. After being kicked out of SHIELD, Reginald took what money he had earned and went on a permanent vacation to Germany. He began to live in a abandoned WWII bunker underneath a bridge in a forest. He lived there completely isolated for years up until one day when his kidney failed and he had to call in for support from the closest town. After being healed up and escaping from his room in order to avoid paying his medical bills, Reginald went back to his bunker and began working on a new body for his mind to live on in since his current body was beginning to look like an albino raisin. After quite some time of stitching, radiating and collecting (he got some samples from a local museum full of everything from reptiles to dinosaurs), he finally had his new stitched together body. 

Reginald transferred his brain over to the new creature and felt amazing! Until he tried to leave his bunker only to realize his new appendages didn't have any way to get the bunker door open. He spent months in there eating his food and further more losing his already scarce sanity due to the lack of stimulus. Two years later a hungry creature broke free from the bunker, it was no longer Reginald Swarmington IV but Karuba! SHIELD was called in to take down their former employee after it became a nuisance to the local town as it was hunting the small town's livestock and stealing things from their homes. SHIELD managed to capturing the thing after administrating a lot of tranquilizer darts. Over the next three years Karuba was rehabilitated to the point that it could pass as sane and given a cybernetic arm with an opposable thumb and fingers. Now that Karuba was in the care of SHIELD he was to be made of use by drafting him to a group of powered individuals... The Avenge- whoops! Typo, he was drafted to the most raggedy-taggedy group of crime fighters this side of the Mississipi, The Odd Squad.

Additional notes: Should his body loose its gamma radiation and his cells begin to reject one another, Karuba will likely loose his mind even more so and have a whole ton of random side effects. That or he'll just fall apart and die.
