Much to Atalee’s surprise, the young woman turned on her heel and began walking in the opposite direction. One of the young men present chose to follow her, saying something when he finally caught up. Atalee couldn’t hear what he said or if she replied, however. The sister remained where she was standing, staring blankly ahead, unsure of what she should be doing. She glanced back at the corpse behind her and then at the raven-haired woman and the messy-haired man up ahead.
