"You're not going to hit me with a stick again. . . Are you?" "Ya...mada?" Natsuki latched onto her roommate, hugging her tightly as tears streamed down her face. After coming face to face with all those nonsense, a familiar face was very welcome, especially since said face wasn't trying to murder her. "Ah." Realizing she must be weirding Yamada out, she let go of her roommate and wiped the tears from her eyes. Regaining her composure and her usual disposition, she stood up shakily, blushing slightly. "Sorry." She didn't know what exactly had happened, but it seems the others had some sort of difficulty as well, perhaps going into a trance like she did just now. Which, if what Natsuki could make from the situation and the puddles of black goop lying around, was probably the case. Yamada, the transfer student and a few others seemed fine though. "Did...did I really hit you with a stick?" Just then a laugh echoed around the fake town's streets, a laugh having a strange quality she felt familiar. It seemed to be the transfer student's... doppelganger, though it emanated a very dangerous aura. He seemed powerful enough to be able to control those things they puked up, and make a seemingly endless wall of fire. Why on earth would they go after that? Thankfully the transfer student didn't try anything foolish like jumping through the fire or something. And then the bunny headed man came. It was as if all these things about a warped imitation of their town, and these sudden blackouts with yourself trying to kill yourself wasn't enough, now there's shadow people appearing and some animal headed guy reminding them it was getting late. Natsuki felt like she had tumbled a little too far into the rabbit hole. "We...don't have a choice. It's either follow him, or wander around aimlessly."
