Can other parts be used to replace the original stuff, say if the current ones get reduced to chunky bits of salsa, and would destroying the head just end them or every part? Aaaand while not a character, but stuff to note [@Camerch] - Humans can [i]totally[/i] have powers! So yeah, go for a human with powers if you want. Make something that amuses you. As for weapons, you don't really want to carry real weapons, as that will make the Administration really have to act, which is not good for you. You can try to hide and be sneaky with weapons, but I'd recommend going with like Sling-shots, Yo-yos, Stink Bombs, you know fun childish fare that won't cause too much trouble to save your own skin. I hope that helps answer your question a bit.
