Considering realism... I would say the rich kids would most likely live off campus because of their parents money. Considering the roleplay... I really don't know. I was looking forward to having parties at Cecily's apartment and stuff and with everyone living on campus, that would be kind of hard. I think the roleplayers would have more freedom if they had their own places. Also, it makes it easier, if someone leaves. It's really hard to repick roommates when someone leaves.
