It depends on what type of human-looking youkai you are, Ikkime and Eleanor, are...different and that's history that hasn't been showed yet, but they have extremely strong Youkai with in them, they were created from the aura of the Youkai sealed within to help seal their power.

Snack foods, like specially made cakes stuff like that, it can vary from a Youkai eye, to youkai scale powder, specially made salts and what not, typically they are given to Chaser bases and youkai can come in to buy either the ingredients or food, they also make drinks, which can be healing, stuff like that are "Youkai" fun foods, they can either get food from youkai who can go into the human world without getting caught, or if they have a "human" form, otherwise they don't get it.

Considering there is no government in the world of crimson world, there is no money system, it's a dog eat dog world, someone like Ikkime is higher then obviously a normal tiered Youkai, in terms of status, i meant that, Youkai's kinda have levels (Which im not completely sure of as of right now) so Ikkime and Eleanor for example are above and on par with Chasers, making them a huge threat if they were not Chasers. Dont know if that is enough, but im going off of what I know.

Im sure not all youkai have met humans, though it's a good possibility with humans accidentally going into the crimson world, these are questions that can be answered by you guys, rumors of humans is not something I know, maybe KoL of Windel but I dont, These two questions you'd have to ask KoL, she has the biggest understanding of the world, A lot of youkai do, that's why chasers were made to hunt down destructive youkai, yes some of the species do, there are actually gangs of Youkai, this is another question that KoL would have to answer, but i would go on a limb and say because they're different from youkai, and are seen as monsters by humans that are aware of youkai, also not to mention typically once they go into the human world, unless they are extremely not aggressive, or aggressive period, the odds of them coming back are slim because of chasers.
