Ryuuho took a deep breath and generously took a spot down on the bed right next to Ren. He handed over the white box with the strawberry cake. His eyes monitored every single movement Ren made. Ryuuho felt strangely, way more alert than usual. It send him shivers down his spine in a way he had never felt before. Ryuuho remained silent, and watched Ren accept the white box.

Would Ren grab his hand again like that? Or...

The very idea that struck Ryuuho left him speechless. It felt like his entire insides had turned upside down. A feeling he never thought would exist. It was scary, yet it slowly started to embrace him. Ryuuho shook his head to try and get rid of his thoughts and closed his eyes out of shame. 

Ryuuho opened his eyes to peek at Ren. "Just hurry eat it already so I can leave again!", Ryuuho almost shouted at him, when their eyes met. A faint blush appeared on Ryuuho's cheeks.
