What should the rate of leveling up be for our characters in posts? Meaning in our OOC irl time. 

Also I think this was brought up before, but characters that we created can only be level 3 at most. How much EXP do they have? I mean let's take our favourite wizard Azga as an example (If you don't mind [@ReaptheMusic]). Azga is a level 3 Healer/Witch-Doctor, how much EXP does Azga have? Are they a fresh Level three who needs to get 40,000 EXP or are they one level 3 Dissolution kill away from being able to level up? What determines that?
