I'm about to go to bed, but just to reiterate: Everyone's been working together for some period of time when the story starts - in my mind I'm imagining it's been six months to a year for the newest members. Others have been with the company longer - Morgan's been with PHI for a little over a decade at this point, for example. 

EDIT: And she's [i]definitely[/i] not the one who's been there the longest. Robert or Jacob conceivably could remember a succubus-free agency!
