This idea is interesting, and I'd like to reserve Blood Manipulation aka Hemokinesis.

I'm not sure if you're ok with this? My posting schedule is erratic, around 1-4 posts per week. I'll try my best not to drag down the RP and post as frequently as I can, and will drop a heads-up if I need more time away to battle with real life dramas.
