Personality:
Elliot Irving has adopted the sort of passive politeness and regard for others that is stereotypical of a child from a southern rural family.  In spite of his differences, or perhaps because of them, he has grown accustomed to being humble, shy, and reserved, preferring to keep up a façade of politeness rather than express personal distress. 

Although Elliot has not directly discussed his self-image, numerous tests have indicated a reluctance of activity participation due to a lack of confidence – particularly, his weight.  Over the past two years of observation, notable weight loss has lead to a direct increase in responsiveness.  Elliot may also be aware of and sensitive toward the nickname he has on file, although he has not confirmed any such knowledge.

In a team environment, Elliot is cooperative and overtly positive.  When he is left on his own, however, he is contemplative and broody.  Further studies have indicated a correlation between his isolation and the potency of his connection to his other ‘self’.  More tests are required to further substantiate this hypothesis. Observations: In all stages of development, Elliot’s bond between father and mother has been 30%:70%.  This has not been projected to vary despite adolescence due to Elliot’s father’s lacking the empathy and mental challenge that Elliot requires.  Elliot has already advanced beyond his father in more than capacity, but in empirical performance.  This has, undoubtedly, fractured their relationship.

Maybelle has been a consistently stable and strong figure, providing Elliot with the moral guidance and social etiquette that we observe in his daily behaviors.

Elliot Irving has been an inconsistent subject, resistant to most tests proposed to him.  For the first year of study, he remained a “smoking gun” case, fitting the scenario for the experiment perfectly but exhibiting no particular abnormalities.  It was only after a pattern showed in the reported incidents that Blue was finally discovered, that pattern being Elliot’s isolation.  Elliot’s connection with Blue weakens as Elliot is more focused on social interactions.  This observation lead to another potential conclusion that Elliot, while possessing the qualifications for the experiment, was potentially demonstrating early signs of schizophrenia.

As a final test, Elliot was isolated for an entire week with minimal contact.  The distress from the isolation created spectacular psychokinetic results.

Due to the tentative nature of Elliot’s case, studies of his twin has been limited.  However, Elliot appears to regard Blue as a normal part of his every-day life.  It is, to him, a natural occurrence that a voice speaks when nobody is around and, therefore, finds nothing abnormal about it.  It is critical for observation that Elliot remain unaware of his peculiarity or else he is likely to become self-conscious and not disclose any more information.

Personality: 
Over the course of several years, Blue has predictably obtained a personality of his own.  As Blue is connected through Elliot’s conscious mind through isolation, it is then no surprise that Blue is bitter, disconnected, and introverted.  Neurological reports show that Elliot’s hippocampus region shows considerably more activity than average which may imply Blue is unintentionally receiving Elliot’s repressed, unconscious data and personifying them.  

Notes: Although Blue has not expressed any direct hostility, it is important to note the implications of a personality based upon repressed subconscious thoughts and feelings, including potential harm for the host in the coming adolescence.

That said, Blue’s kinetic power has consistently been harnessed through Elliot’s despair and isolation.  Studying Blue with such methods could very well lead to him becoming unstable, uncooperative, and dangerous.  However, there are no other methods yet by which we have been able to consistently study him.  Use with extreme caution.
