[color=Violet][b]Personality:[/b][/color] Hoshiko is a juxtaposition, a person who holds both the overbearing sexual thirst of a slut and the overwhelming masculinity of a hero. Despite his young age, he talks easily, assuredly of topics such as BDSM and masturbation, and can switch from submissive to dominant on the fly. A capricious lover, his romantic interests change with the movement of the clouds, never bound to a single individual. When it comes to love, Hoshiko gives it a bad, bad name.
 
And yet, this effeminate boy holds with him the spirit of a hero. Despite his frivolous attitude towards sexual encounters, Hoshiko believes firmly in his own sense of justice, holding determination in his fist as he does what he believes is right. Those that are his friends could expect a loyalty that his lovers cannot, as he sheds blood and sweat to protect and support them.
 
It is in Hoshiko that one can lose all faith in love, and it is in Hoshiko that one can learn just how far justice will go.
 
[color=Violet][b]Background:[/b][/color] Hoshiko Tsukino was raised up by a promiscuous mother who switched boyfriends more often than she changed his diapers. In such a messy family situation, all he could do as a child was pretend to be a cute, lovely, stable little boy whenever his richer relatives came over, so they would shower him with gifts and love. One particular gift that he liked was BDs of superhero shows, which he would watch over and over again whenever his mom was out, like a drug addict. He was enamored by the idea of friends without benefits, those that would do good things for you even if you didn’t give them a good ol’ dicking.
 
Various things happened from then on, friendship, sexual experimentation, playground fights, so on and so forth, until the young boy slipped into the Crimson Sky by accident, got his cute little ass saved by a Chaser, and then grew up to be a hero by his own right.
 
Now he does what he wants, when he wants, and is willing to pay the price in blood to see justice be done. Well, either blood or semen.

Despite how he loves to flavor it, Hoshiko is essentially a one-trick magician, only capable of the extraordinarily simple ‘Magic Arrow’ spell. However, through extreme specialization, he has attained the ability to fire off a maximum of 1001 Magic Arrows simultaneously, earning him the moniker of ‘Thousand Stars’.

While individually weak, their homing capabilities are remarkable, to the extent that the only way to truly dodge one of Hoshiko’s Stars is by straight-up teleporting into another dimension. Outside of that, one would have to either outrun those Stars for the rest of their life, or toss some sort of magical obstacle in their way. Their targeting range is five hundred meters, and the projectiles move at 125 meters per second after they are launched outwards, with the destructive capability of, you guessed it, an arrow.

There IS one quality of the Stars that makes them not entirely useless against heavily armored opponents, however. Each Star that lands a blow also imparts a magical charge within the target, and, as more and more charges build up, the stronger the second part of the Stars becomes. After he feels like it, Hoshiko can cause the charges to detonate from within the body of that individual, doing a big, unquantified explosion. Alternatively, that explosion can manifest itself right outside the individual’s body, sending them flying instead.

He can also store the charges in his own body, and do manly, magically-powered strikes that totally don’t copy what Zhu Feng does with his Chi. Yup. Totally doesn’t.

And finally, like most magical things, Magic Arrows don’t care much for the laws of physics or whatever. For all science people know, they could be getting hit by some sort of unknown matter from another dimension. There’s no way to destroy these projectiles through modern weaponry, and, if the ‘obstacles’ are soft enough, a single Magic Arrow has the ability to take down multiple targets at once, depending on how scumbaggy the person targeted is.

Of course, if they’re Youkai and they’re fast enough, they can just break the arrows.
