For the most part, the Dissolution problem has been taken cared of though their causer is still running around. Only a few Outlaws remain in the Black City so you may find yourselves fighting some strays. However, they're nothing more now than a group of scared wankers because as soon as Moon Rider enters she's purging them from her territory before the meeting. Feel free to join the hunt.
