Sorry for being a bit inactive for a bit. Had troubles with the modem breaking so I've been using my phone and trying not to kill my data limit. 

[@Oni_] You shouldn't have to change your post. I think I have an idea for how to progress it. I haven't read the response from [@Dragoknighte] yet, but will do that soon.

[@BioHazard]: As I said before, I'm not going to dictate scenarios for people to play out. Doing that is just way too much work. We have a few people here that are probably all waiting for something to happen, but there's nothing stopping you from bumping into them on the streets or something. I think that by not posting it may cause more harm than good as other players may be waiting on responses as well.
