-Faction Goals: To exercise the will of Lord Gray, even - or rather, [i]especially[/i] - in the event of his death or the destruction of the government by the invaders.

-Faction Composition: The crew of the [i]ANS Lupine[/i] is composed mostly of ethnic Noravean seamen. The Noravean Armada's leadership demands more desirable sailors for duty in her submarine fleet. Minorities and criminals may pass to serve aboard surface ships, the working environment aboard Noravea's few submarines - the pride of the Armada - requires talent that only ethnic Noraveans can provide.

The [i]Lupine[/i] typically operates under the exclusive command of Captain Hanz Polosin, a seasoned commander who has served in Noravea's Armada since the early days of the Gray Regime. However, on this tour, Admiral Faustin Negrich - the nephew of none other than Florence Gray - has been assigned to assist Captain Polosin and exercise more sensitive orders.

-Initial Assets:

- The [i]ANS Lupine[/i] - a small, quiet attack submarine equipped with the most advanced sonar and weaponry available to the Noravean Armada.
- 70 enlisted seamen, 8 officers.
- One shotguns and two pistols - only to be used in case of mutiny or similar emergency.

-Methods of Operation: Under peacetime conditions, the [i]Lupine's[/i] role is to patrol the approaches to the Noravean waters throughout the Eastern Sea and conduct exercises and maneuvers that maintain a well-prepared crew of crack submariners. During tours in time of war, the Lupine's precise mission is known only to its Captain.

-Faction History: The Noravean Armada's submarine fleet was established less than a decade following the Great War, as mandated by trends being followed by navies the world over. Noravea's submarine fleet has always been a small force, composed entirely of attack subs designed to support the surface fleet and defend the Noravean coast from incursion from hostile vessels. Despite Lord Gray's longstanding desire for ballistic missile-equipped submarines that would Noravea's enemies pause, Noravea's military situation is such that boomer submarines are an impossibility. The submarine fleet is therefore relegated to a role of merely maintaining naval parity with it's neighbors.
