Personality: Joseph is more of a cynical person of the Wasteland. He regards life as a struggle. His job as a medic shows clearly how much the wasteland can vary. Weather it may be a showdown between a guard and a aspiring thief, to a jet addict trying to lose his addiction the wasteland is full of surprises but yet deception. He trust’s people if they seem worthy enough to him, and he feels that if there worth is time, he should have a positive relationship with them. Thus in Rivet City, he only has a small group of close yet well connected friends. Joseph prefer the usual drink, and doesn’t mind a smoke as well.

Biography: 

Joseph grew up in Rivet city at a young age. His father was a scavenger out in the wastes, who brought all kinds of stuff and things to see, while his mother was a doctor. With two differing points of life for Joseph, early on he was faced with alot of choice. His father with his friends went on tour often for weeks on in, while his mother and a few other friends/work mates ran the clinic to ensure that Rivet City is a capable city to live in. So, Joseph decided to stick around his mom and learn the tools of the trade. Years and years of learning led to Joseph being able to run and expand the clinic into a reputed medical practice int he wasteland. However due to having a close group of friends due to being separated from his parents at a young age and having trouble fitting into one social group led him to developed some of his father traits, like smoking and drinking. His father died due to radiation poisoning, while his mother left Rivet City and moved in with another man, in Tenpenny Towers. Now, the medical clinic is mostly what Joseph has left.
