Believe me when I say I know the arc of time back to front and up and down. I've had to, to develop time lord. 

And believe me when I say that I only have time lord as part of the plot. Anything involving time magic is too hard to keep a lid on, it's to OP. I have considered this, several times. 

Again, time lord only exists because I need him to.

I take every character application seriously. I do not want to have over the top, over powered characters which is why there is a limit on slayer magics.
