So, the Enclave runs Project Purity now? 
I also assume GNR still has either the BoS or private security to protect it, maybe paid through ad revenue.  Raiders and the Enclave are the only real threats left, though.  Somehow, I don't see the Enclave letting Three Dog keep the place running without adding in at least a bit of propaganda to the broadcast.
