Position: East of the kingdom, a port-town.
Speciality: Owain serves as both a trading hub, and a bulwark against the pirates and barbarians in the eastern lands. Her people are highly efficient, creative, and are adept at both fighting and merchantry.

History: Long ago, Owain was settled by its' founder, Leonardo Ashmore. Ashmore named the town in honor of a noble friend of his, and due to a series of events, pure coincidence, this same Noble eventually found himself leading this province and making his own small dynasty. To this day the noble family runs Owain, and its' history is oddly amusing to many of the kingdoms' peoples. While Owain gets few tradeships nowadays, the bandits, uncivilized folks, and pirates in the area Owain was settled make sure it's never that boring, and the provinces' guards are decently experienced. Owain's people also make lovely, unique examples of artwork, alongside unique weapons and armor for the militaristic types.

Owainian guardsmen and soldiers are a diverse bunch, but they all look somewhat like this when it comes down to it. Owainian military tactics focus on well-trained individuals who are skilled in many forms of combat, featuring armor that is both sturdy yet practical off horse-back. Owainian soldiers still highly prefer the mobility of a horse though.

Appearance: Fischer is a wonderously groomed individual of reasonable height and weight. He is caucasian, and brown-haired.
Known For: He is the most well-respected (overall) merchant in Owain, and is quite wealthy indeed. However, he isn't old money, nor does he sit on his wealth: He loves to redistribute his coin all throughout the lands, bringing new industries in and using his funds to train the next generation of craftsmen and soldiers to the best possible extent.

Skills: While he has little ability in politicking, (using as many words as possible to say as little as possible) he's quite good at managing money, knowing where to put it, when, why, and how. He's also, most surprisingly, a decent cook.
