I could still use a ruling on the status of jewry in the USSR. If they are allowed to depart from the USSR, that's a change from the Stalin policy. If you want, I can link you to the pertinent research on the policy and reasons for it. I'm not precisely expecting you to change the "Keep the jews here!" policy.
