For your question, well it can still work however the fact of the matter is we haven't expanded TOO MUCH on it. We have an Android character (KG made by moi) but otherwise we're not keen on diving into too many details concerning this. We want to keep it Naruto with a different atmosphere. We've also had a character who could do such things and it got inconsistent really fast. 

[@floodtalon] Alright so he inherited everything when they died ... So he doesn't run the company but the attributed president I suppose. I guess his vast amounts of money and contacts make him influential then, because a CEO at 9 is somewhat ridiculous. Either way, your character is accepted. Post at the char bin!
