Pyromancy is using magic is some way to create and/or manipulate fire.

Pyrokinesis is using only your mental power to create and/or manipulate fire.

They both do the same thing but in different ways. With magic, it's usually connected to the soul. Psionic powers, on the other hand, are connected to the mind and will. Not to mention, all the -kinetic abilities, while similar to the -mancy magics, are scientific.

Also, her weakness is her physical strength. She's fast but not very strong, even for a halfling.
