More or less the same way that the Oracle games start. Ravio is summoned to the resting place of the Triforce, the Trifroce sends him to Hyrule. After that do what you like. Maybe he's confused as to what just happened or he's on a mission to help the hero. Maybe he has to work out the differences between where he is and Lorule. After he arrives in Hyrule what he does is your choice.
