Itsuki, 22nd Ward

Itsuki overlooked a rooftop, readjusting his mask slightly as he kept an ear out for any activity tonight. He was feeling a slight sense of nervousness as he gazed around the cityscape, as this was the furtherest he'd ever ventured into Yatagarsu territory. He'd done brief forays before, but he always left before he could risk discovery . . . but he had an inkling that he had to be in this ward tonight, and his intuition had never led him astray before. But still, he couldn't help but feel that he was testing the fates right now with what he was doing, and was about to head off when a scream tore through the night, stopping him in his tracks for a second before he launched himself in the direction of the outburst. He went from rooftop to rooftop until he finally found the scene of the crime, a ghoul targeting a woman in the dead of the night. The ghoul's words and actions was all that Itsuki needed to hear for him to make his judgement of whether or not to act. The cloak he wore flapped around him as the wind picked up, the hood he wore flipping to show the terrifying visage of his mask, the holes for his eyes glowing with an eery white light. Before the ghoul could attempt to make good on his promise, a voice would echo from above, a voice would call down from above. "Prepare yourself, oh damned soul, for your end has come." The voice was not overly loud, but it projected with a sense of presence that was hard to ignore, resonating a calm anger that would send a slight shiver over those who listened to it. The ghoul that was known was gone, and in his place now stood Nidhogg, the devourer of the damned souls that dare to prowl the streets of Tokyo. hHe would leap down, a black streak seeming to head straight at the ghoul. In actuality, however, it was just his cloak that was coming down, weighed down by a few bricks he'd attached to it before hand to give it the appearance of a body coming down. Given the low amount of light in the alley, it would be hard to notice such a thing immediately. Nidhogg, however, would land down in front of the victim after the ghoul reacted to his diversion, forming one of his Kagune to reach out and grab a nearby fire escape, the tip separating to give him a better purchase on it as he contracted the Kagune with a power jerk. This would pull a good chunk of the metal structure to rapidly fall down towards his opponent, and while this would likely not do much damage, it would provide another distraction as Nidhogg would then charge forward after the impact, wrapping two new Kagune around each of his arms, the tips forming dangerous spikes above the wrists, allowing him to engage in close range combat effectively, but also making it so that if he feels the need, he can shoot them outward to increase the range of his strikes.(Think of Baraka from MK) Once he got close enough, he'd launch a furious barrage of high power strikes at his foe in hopes of finishing this fight fast.
