i hate dice rolls, i prefer logic. Also Dutch you did not answer my question or give me anything to respond to in the IC. I would like it if you had some sort of action i could respond to as well as tell me if you do NRPs to win.

Also, how is it that it took 7 hours from the time the NKVD were woken up for Stalin to make and send out a response. Given this was a surprise action and you have posted nothing IC to indicate you had a reason to know it beforehand you would have barely even heard about it by this point.
