Stepping out of a warped area of space, Raelis positioned himself on the platform with open space behind him. As he did so the naturally occurring light, which emanated from his form, quickly heated his immediate vicinity (2 meters radius) to a comfortable 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Wasting no time, Raelis stretched, limbering his muscles up before he drew his blade from his right hip. Now ready, he awaited the arrival of his opponent.

He would let this take as long as required, but hopefully he could finish it quickly and so conserve energy.
