Techniques:

Flight – The ability of flight through the manipulation of ki. 

Ki Blast – The most basic form of energy wave.

Eye Laser – Precise laser-like beam shot from the eyes. Mild potency, but fast and able to nullify lesser attacks and small projectiles, as well as destroy weaker opponents and obstacles.

Death Beam - is a powerful and lethal Finger Beam. It is used to pierce heavily armored targets or objects but isn't very effective against groups. 

Regeneration - Capable of surviving from some of the most horrific events. He can also regenerate lost limbs, though it may take several hours because he can't transform to do so.

Bio armor - Though Blizzard can't transform like some of his race, He (like some others) is capable of growing armor from his very own skin. This armor can grow at will (though it takes time, like growing facial hair or something) and grows in the shape and size of the will of the one who grows it. This armor can even be rmoved or replaced by growing a new set of armor.

Can breathe in the vacuum of space 

Appearance: This is his true form though he could end up growing spikes or so forth. He stands at 6'7

Personality: Blizzard isn't much of a talkative person. He prefers to keep to himself and doesn't like public interaction. His social skills are quite lacking as he spends much more time training than anything else. Unlike many others of his race, Blizzard is actually a kind and caring person. He often shows mercy and even pity among the weak. However, this doesn't make him peaceful. In terms of problem solving, he believes that someone can't get in your way if they are dead and won't hesitate to cut down anyone who tries to harm him or the ones he shows a liking to. due to being 'disowned' by his family, he is very cautious about new people and while he doesn't like getting attached to people, he can come around to liking someone.
