I can understand that Poland wants the NKVD out but I can also understand why Stalin would be angry. Poland just kicked the NKVD out with no warning like old trash. At least send a letter to explain why and try to do it with peace and care to protect relations. 

Soviet Russia is not a country to piss off. Both in Reality and the IC.
