Just as a suggestion - I don't know where you're from, but I live in Portsmouth, which is in Hampshire. A good place for Claire's civilian cover job to be based could be the [URL=http://www.goodwood.co.uk/home.aspx]Goodwood Estate[/URL], which has a motor sport circuit. It's just over the border with Hampshire in West Sussex, but only by about 10-15 miles or so, so she wouldn't be far off. 
There's not really the driving courses you mention there at the moment, but it's not a stretch to imagine that they could offer the same kind of thing by 2030 :P 

Also, it would make you closely located to my character, which is another good advantage for the RP, and for them working together when things go down.
