Do you know how when you touch Dry Ice it's so cold it freezes your skin and really hurts? Maybe Chen's taijutsu style could revolve around that sort of effect instead. Like the Hyuuga Gentle Fist but freezing the skin instead of sealing off Chakra. Also, I just PMed you.
